Wall distribution box

Wall distribution boxes in their standard version are electrical equipments of smaller size deigned for placement of devices and other elements of instrumentation and control equipment. They are produced in IP 54 cover.
Wall distribution boxes are manufactured in order to comply with ČSN EN 62208 standards. Operating conditions normal according to the standards. Electrical continuity guaranteed by the conductive part of the cabinet.
R, RP a RN distribution boxes can be delivered empty, with required modifications according to the documents submitted or with the equipment at the customer´s request.

 

CONSTRUCTION OF DISTRIBUTION BOX

The cabinets are made of self-supportive structure, which is welded from a steel sheet of thickness 1.5 mm. The door opening is provided with a bypass groove fitted with a rubber seal.

The door is made of steel sheet of thickness 1.5 mm. They can be single (standard in the width of 1000 mm) or double, right or left with one lip lock combi- on request EMKA D5 or EMKA butterfly lock on a “fab” key (there are two locks of this kind from the height of 500 mm).The door can be made with vista glass, glued or fitted in EMKA seal ("RP" type).

At the customer´s request, it is also possible to make removable covers for inlet and outlet cables, which are screwed in the top, bottom or side parts of the distribution box.

The box is provided with grounding screws. It is mounted on the wall by four screws (the holes inside the box Ø 10 mm).

A mounting panel with thickness of 2.5 mm is a part of the cabinet, it is made of galvanized metal sheet.

The surface of the switchboard has been treated by high-quality abrasion resistant powder coating komaxit, colour RAL 7032. The switchboard can be delivered also in a different colour shade within RAL scale at the customer´s request.

• steel sheet, welded
• anchor holes Ø 10 mm

Door

• single (optionally double)
• one or two locks ( combi, EMKA ...)
• sealing foam rubber 15 x 10 mm all around the perimeter
• glass with the RP type (double- layer 6 mm or hardened 4 mm) glued or fitted in the seal.

Surface treatment

• powder technology, colour shade RAL 7032 structure or different within RAL scale- at the customer´s request.

Mounting panel

• galvanized metal sheet, thickness 2.5 mm

Remark: These are inner sizes, for the real width and height you have to add 3 mm. The usable depth is H-17 mm. Distribution boxes of non-standard sizes can be made at the customer´s request.
