19“ Wall distribution boxes R ..UP and R ..UP2
The simple and divided wall distribution boxes are designed for data switchboards with IP 30 covers. The 19“ wall distribution boxes comply with the requirements of technical standards and the producer ensures the conformity of all products of the type marketed with the technical documentation and requirements of the Government.
Construction of the distribution box
The distribution box is manufactured in two versions:
- - simple with the depth of 400 mm – type R ..UP/400
- - divided with the depth of 500 mm – type R ..UP2/500
The distribution box is made of a welded cabinet with two sliding vertical rails for the attachment of 19“ mechanism using floating nuts.
The distribution boxes are made in the size 6-18U.
The sizes of the distribution box are perforated in the upper and bottom part for ventilation.
In the lid and the bottom there are holes for cable entry which are plugged, or at the customer´s request, there is a brush grommet.
The door is glass and lockable with EMKA lock. It can be mounted left or right. If the customer wishes so, it can be delivered in a solid steel version. In case of a divided distribution box, even the rear part is lockable, there is an easy access from behind enabling its lifting.
There are holes for attachment on the wall in the rear side.
The parts of the distribution box are conductively connected and the frame is provided with a separate earthing screw M8.
Maximum allowed load is 40 kg.
The surface treatment of the distribution box has been carried out by a quality abrasion resistant powder coating, colour shade RAL 7032.
Standard equipment
The distribution box comes with 1 pair of 19“ vertical rails, front glass door with a lock and a grounding set.

These simple wall distribution boxes are designed for data switchboards with IP 30 covers.
Construction of distribution box
The distribution box is manufactured in the simple version with the depth of 400 mm – type R ..UP/400
The distribution box is made of a riveted cabinet with two sliding vertical rails for the attachment of 19“ mechanism using floating nuts.
The distribution boxes are manufactured in sizes 6-21U.
The sides and the front part of the distribution box are perforated in the top and bottom part, where there are holes for ventilation.
In the top lid, bottom, side and rear parts there are holes for inlet of cables which are covered with a breakout plug, or, at the customer´s request, a brush grommet.
The glass door is lockable. It can be mounted as left or right. As long as the customer wishes so, the door can be delivered in full metal sheet version – type R U/400.
In the rear wall there are holes for attachment on the wall.
The parts of the distribution box are conductively connected.
The surface of the distribution box has been treated with the quality abrasion resistant powder coating RAL 7032. Different colour shades within RAL scale are available at the customer´s request.
Standard equipment
The distribution box is delivered with one pair of 19“ vertical rails and with the front glass door equipped with a lock.
