19“ DISTRIBUTION RACKS RS
This type of distribution rack has adapted its construction and inner structure to the requirements for the construction of optical and data nets with IP 30 covers. The 19“ distribution racks comply with the requirements of technical standards and the manufacturer guarantees conformity of all products of the type marketed with the technical documentation and requirements of the Government.
Construction of distribution rack
The switchboard rack consists of a self-supporting welded steel frame with four sliding vertical rails for attachment of 19“ mechanism, panels and modules using floating nuts.
Available sizes of the switchboard racks are: 15U, 18U, 22U, 27U, 32U, 37U, 42U a 45U.
The width and depth of the switchboards are 600 or 800 mm.
The depths of the server switchboards are 900 mm and 1000 mm.
The lid of the rack is perforated around the perimeter by the holes for ventilation. If the customer wishes, a fully perforated lid or a lid with a hole for cable entry- covered with a plug a brush grommet- can be delivered.
In the bottom part there is a sliding partition for the cable entry. At the customer´s request, the top lid or the rear lid with the hole for the cable outlet– covered with a plug a brush grommet- can be delivered.
The distribution rack is equipped with a 50 mm base. Four adjustable legs provide for the stability of the rack.
The door is glass and lockable with EMKA lock. It can be mounted as right or left. A full sheet metal version can be delivered on request.
The rear removable wall enables access to the device installed. This wall can be replaced with the door.
The side covers are easily removable without any tools and can be completed with EMKA lock.
The top of the frame is adjusted to the installation of the ventilation unit.
Maximum allowed load is 300 kg.
The surface of the distribution rack has been treated with the quality abrasion resistant powder coating, colour shade RAL 7032.

The distribution rack is delivered along with 2 pairs of 19“ vertical rails, 1 pair of removable sidewalls with plugs for locks, front glass door with a lock and tempered glass, full rear lid, base, adjustable legs, top lid perforated on sides.

19“ MOUNTED DISTRIBUTION RACKS RSM
This type of distribution rack has adapted its construction and inner structure to the requirements for the construction of optical and data nets with IP 30 covers. The distribution cabinets are manufactured according to ČSN EN 62208 standards. Operation conditions normal according to the standards. Electrical continuity ensured by the conductive parts of the cabinet.
Construction of the distribution rack
The distribution rack consists of self- supporting mounted steel sheet frame with four sliding vertical rails for the attachment of 19“ mechanism, panels a modules using floating nuts.
The mounted distribution racks are available in sizes 27U, 42U a 47U.
The width and depth of the distribution racks are 600 or 800 mm.
The server distribution racks are manufactured in the depths of 900 mm and 1000 mm.

Modular system of assembling distribution racks – when delivered disassembled
The frame consists of four props, the bottom and the top. The props are mounted on the bottom (top) by means of screws and a lock washer in order to achieve conductive connection. Four holders of legs are mounted under the bottom part- each one by two screws.
The legs (in their standard version) or wheels (2 pcs. of rear unbraked wheels, 2 pcs. of front braked wheels) should be mounted on the holders.
Four holders of the top lid will be mounted on the top and then, the top lid will be mounted onto the holders.
Two hinges shall be mounted on the front right or left prop (three hinges from the height of 42U ). The door distance will then be mounted on the second prop- on the top and on the bottom. The latch should be mounted in the middle of the prop.
Two RV reinforcements should be mounted between the front and rear props (three reinforcements from the height of 42U). For the depth of 600 mm there should be RV600 reinforcements, for the depth of 800 mm there should be RV800 reinforcements. Then, four vertical rails VL27U (alternatively VL42U or VL47U – depending on the height of the switchboard) are to be mounted onto the reinforcements. For the width of 800 mm there should be a reduction on 19” attached between the reinforcement and the vertical rail.
After that, the door will be put in the frame, the rear lid is to be screwed on and the sidewalls are to be put
All parts then should be connected with earthing cabels.

Connection of switchboard cabinets:
1) with a connecting set – it consists of four mounting connectors and nuts.
There is a gap formed with this type of connection. In order to remove the gap, connection using the covering rails is necessary to be used
2) it consists of the covering rails and holders.
Base under switchboard cabinets:
Marking: base 10/68 (the height of the base 100 mm, the width 600 mm, the depth 800 mm), it is available in two sizes: heights 50 mm and 100 mm.
Stabilizing base: : prolonged base on wheels preventing the switchboard from rollover to the front. There are two arresting legs in the front. Produced to order.

Set of wheels:
The set of wheels consists of two braked wheels plus two unbraked wheels.
For smaller switchboard cabinets with low load, there are wheels with the capacity of 50 kg/pc sufficient (the total capacity 200 kg). For other switchboard cabinets there should be wheels with the capacity of 70 kg/pc used (the total capacity 280 kg).
Bottom cover:
Marking: bottom cover 6x8 (for the switchboard width 600 mm and depth 800 mm). The bottom cover serves to close the bottom of the switchboard. It doesn´t belong to the standard equipment.
Sliding partitions:
Marking: sliding partitions 6x6 (for switchboard width 600 mm and depth 600 mm). The sliding partitions serve to close the bottom of the switchboard with outlets from the bottom. They don´t belong to the standard equipment.
Earthing set:
The earthing set has been designed for conductive connection of all removable parts of the switchboard. It belongs to the standard equipment.

Example of use:
Delivered in black colour including the mounting set. Setting of the thermostat 0 – 60 °C. If requested, the ventilation units can be delivered adjusted for placement in the top or in the frame.
Socket strip:
RP 220V 05F: Socket strip with five sockets and a filter against interference.
RP 220V 06F: Socket strip with six sockets and a filter against interference.
Lighting unit OJ01
it serves to light the inside of the cabinet, a fluorescent light of SB 110 type is used, power 1x10W.

Delivered in black powder coating, colour shade RAL 9005 including the mounting set.
